365 Services provides internet connectivity and related support services in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information through our public website and private administration tools.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, request coverage, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, PIN code, selected plan, and the details you provide. For authorized staff, we also process account, security, audit, and activity information needed to operate the administration system.
Google account and AI Setup Hub data
When the Owner voluntarily connects a Google account to the private AI Setup Hub, Google may provide the account email, basic profile information, authorization tokens, and the permissions approved on Google's consent screen. We use this access only to perform Owner-authorized Gemini or related Google API tasks. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it.
OAuth credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest and are not displayed again after storage. The Owner can disconnect the account in the AI Setup Hub, and can also revoke access from the Google Account security settings.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries, check feasibility, provide quotations, and deliver requested services.
- Operate customer support, notifications, billing, security, and administration workflows.
- Maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
- Run AI-assisted tasks only when configured and authorized by the Owner.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with service providers needed to operate our systems, with authorities when legally required, or when necessary to protect customers, our network, or our rights. Providers are given only the information needed for their function. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only while it is needed for service delivery, business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. Google authorization data is retained until the connection is removed or no longer required. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us using the address below.
Security
We use access controls, encryption, logging, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we review and improve our safeguards as risks and technology change.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information, withdraw communication consent, or disconnect linked services. Google access can be revoked at Google Account third-party connections.
