These terms govern use of the 365 Services website, enquiry facilities, and authorized administration tools. By using these services, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
Website information and enquiries
Website plan descriptions and availability are informational. Actual feasibility, installation time, service level, equipment, and pricing are confirmed after a location survey and in the applicable quotation or customer agreement. Taxes, including GST, may be additional where stated.
Internet services
Service activation depends on technical feasibility, customer verification, payment, and acceptance of the final service agreement. Speeds and uptime commitments apply according to the selected plan and written agreement. Scheduled maintenance, customer equipment, force majeure events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, network, or administration tools; interfere with systems; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malicious content; violate intellectual property rights; or use our services for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, or legal compliance.
Private AI Setup Hub
The AI Setup Hub is a restricted Owner administration feature. Connected providers and AI-generated output must be reviewed and approved by an authorized person before publication, customer communication, or operational use. The Owner is responsible for provider accounts, permissions, usage charges, content approval, and compliance with each provider's terms.
Accounts and security
Authorized users must protect account credentials, use available security controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended to investigate security incidents or policy violations.
Intellectual property
The website design, brand, original text, and software are owned by or licensed to 365 Services. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services
Our services may connect to third-party platforms such as Google or communications providers. Their availability and use are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions made by those providers.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, 365 Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change; the effective date will show the latest revision.
